Refund and Exchange Policy for Goè Brand:

Preorder Refunds:

At Goè, we offer a Made-To-Order service for preorders. Please note that this service requires a significant amount of time to prepare and complete. Therefore, we cannot accept refund requests after 24 hours of placing your order. This policy is in place to ensure fairness towards the materials and purchases made for your specific order.

Sale Items Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for any items purchased during a sale. However, we do offer a credit towards future purchases. Once you receive your sale item, if you wish to exchange it for a different item, we can provide you with a credit note towards your next purchase.

Return Process:

If you wish to return an item, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement.
