SHIPPING POLICY:

At GOÈ, we want to make sure you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner. For items that are in stock, orders typically take 7 days to process and ship. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and all other details are correct before submitting an order.

For items that are not currently in stock, please allow up to 60 days for your order to be processed and shipped. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order during this time.

Please be aware that we also ship outside of the United States. However, it is important to note that you will be responsible for any import fees or taxes that may apply to your country.

RETURNS

We are thrilled that you have chosen GOÈ as your preferred brand. We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return an item, and we are committed to making the process as hassle-free as possible. Please take a moment to review our updated refund and return policy below:

Returns are accepted within three (3) days after the delivery date of your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@hogoekpessou.com to start the return process. Once you have initiated the return, please ship the item back to us at the address listed on your shipping label. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or damaged. If you require a pre-paid return label, please email us at orders@hogoekpessou.com.

Please be aware that last-call items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

If you have purchased an item through PayPal, you may submit a refund request through the PayPal platform within the three-day return window. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund.

In the event that a chargeback is requested through your bank without first contacting GOÈ representatives for a refund or order cancellation, you will forfeit access to our products from our website in the future. We take chargebacks and threats of chargebacks very seriously and reserve the right to revoke access to our products as a security measure to prevent fraud.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right. We are happy to exchange your item for another item listed on our site within the three-day return window. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we are also happy to modify your order for you if it has not yet shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be refunded once the shipper returns the item to us at your expense.
